Return and Refund Policy

Movox Living

1. Overview

Movox Living sells high-end indoor and outdoor living products through our website, www.movoxliving.com. As a facilitator of premium products, we do not hold inventory. All returns, refunds, and warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer. Movox Living will assist in submitting claims and coordinating returns, but does not directly process refunds or replacements.

3. Returns and Refunds – General Instructions

All returns and refunds are subject to the manufacturer’s policies. Customers must contact Movox Living first to initiate any return or warranty claim.

Steps for returns:

  1. Contact Movox Living at support@movoxliving.com to begin the return process.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or receipt).

  3. Include photos or documentation if the return is for defect, damage, or incorrect item.

  4. Movox Living will coordinate with the manufacturer and provide instructions for shipping, RMA, or service.

  5. Shipping costs for returns follow the manufacturer’s policy. The customer may be responsible if the return is not due to defect or damage.

  6. Movox Living will track the return and notify the customer once the claim is resolved.


4. Supplier-Specific Policies

Amantii

  • Warranty: 2 years on manufacturing and material defects for electric fireplaces (original purchaser only).

  • Return Instructions: Contact Movox Living with order info and photos of defect if applicable. Movox Living will submit the claim to Amantii and provide return shipping instructions if approved.

Fire by Design

  • Returns: RMA required; 30-day window; 15% restocking fee may apply.

  • Warranty: 1–5 years depending on product; lifetime on select parts.

  • Return Instructions: Contact Movox Living with photos, proof of purchase, and description of issue. Movox Living coordinates RMA and shipping.

Meadow Creek

  • Custom-built items: Generally non-returnable.

  • Returns: Only for manufacturer defects or shipping damage, reported within 7 days.

  • Warranty: Limited to defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Return Instructions: Contact Movox Living within 7 days of receipt for defect claims with photos and proof of purchase. Movox Living coordinates the repair or replacement process.

Revive Plunge

  • Cold Plunges: 1-year warranty on tub and chiller components.

  • Saunas: 3-year structural warranty; 1-year component warranty.

  • Exclusions: Misuse, abuse, lack of maintenance, or improper installation.

  • Return Instructions: Contact Movox Living with proof of purchase, photos, and description of defect. Movox Living coordinates with Revive Plunge to process repairs or replacements.

Chery Industrial

  • Returns: 30-day window; must be unused, in original packaging; excludes Custom, BARGAIN, CLEARANCE, AS-IS, Leased, and Hazardous items.

  • Warranty: Varies by product (Shelters, Skid Steer Attachments, Welding/Cutting Equipment).

  • Return Instructions: Contact Movox Living to initiate return with photos, proof of purchase, and description of issue. Movox Living coordinates RMA or warranty claim with Chery Industrial.

KoKoMo Grills

  • Returns: Non-special order items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. 30% restocking fee applies. Custom-built or floor models and items sold with cosmetic damage are final sale.

  • Refunds: Issued only after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer responsible for return shipping.

  • Shipping: Delivery typically 6–10 weeks; carriers deliver to driveway only.

  • Return Process: Contact Movox Living to initiate return; provide proof of purchase/photos. Movox Living coordinates with KoKoMo for RMA and shipping instructions.

Buck Stove

  • Returns: Unused/uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days. Restocking fee may apply.

  • Shipping & Return Costs: Customer responsible. Original shipping charges non-refundable.

  • Return Process: Contact Movox Living with proof of purchase/photos. Movox Living coordinates with Buck Stove for RMA and instructions.

SoverSky US Electric Scooters

  • Warranty: 12-month warranty on core components (motor, battery, controller, motherboard).

  • Consumables: Tires, wheels, and wear parts limited coverage (~3 months).

  • Return/Cancel: 7-day window for cancellations/non-defective returns. Customer responsible for return shipping.

  • Return Process: Contact Movox Living with order info/issue description. Movox Living coordinates with SoverSky.

Zen Tiny Homes (placeholder)

  • Return/warranty terms to be defined by manufacturer.

  • Contact Movox Living first to initiate any claims.

BBO Poker Tables

  • Returns: Eligible within 30 days if unused; 15% restocking fee applies.

  • Custom orders: Non-refundable.

  • Warranty: Lifetime structural warranty (frame, fasteners, pedestals); consumables not covered.

  • Return Process: Contact Movox Living to initiate return.

HomeCourse Golf

  • Returns: Undamaged, unused items may be returned within 30 days; 15% restocking fee applies.

  • Warranty: 1-year manufacturer coverage for components (motor, netting, screen); excludes wear or misuse.

  • Return Process: Contact Movox Living to initiate RMA.

Sierra Flame

  • Returns: Approved RMA required; unopened and unused; 20% restocking fee.

  • Shipping: Customer responsible; freight only.

  • Warranty: Defects handled per manufacturer instructions.

  • Return Process: Contact Movox Living for RMA coordination.

Carl’s Place

  • Return Window: Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition for Return: Items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, in original packaging.

  • Restocking Fee / Return Inspection: Returns are inspected; a 30% restocking fee may apply if not in perfect condition. Custom / clearance / manufacturer-direct items may be final sale.

  • Return Shipping: Customer responsible.

  • Return Authorization: Must be approved before return is sent; contact Movox Living to start process.


5. Non-Returnable Items (General)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate/sanitary items 

  • Gift cards and downloadable software

  • Items marked AS-IS, CLEARANCE, or BARGAIN


6. Processing Time

  • Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled according to each manufacturer’s timeline.

  • Movox Living will notify customers once a claim is submitted and when resolution is confirmed.


7. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect statutory rights under applicable law. Customers retain any rights granted by law.
