This Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy applies to all purchases made through the Movox Living website at www.movoxliving.com.

3. Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States may cancel and return eligible products within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined below.
4. Conditions for Return

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all labels, manuals, and accessories.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Movox Living or the manufacturer.

Items must be shipped using a trackable method within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
5. Return Process
5.1 Initiating a Return

Contact Movox Living Customer Service via email within 30 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and reason for the return.

We will issue return instructions, including an RMA if applicable.
5.2 Preparing Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

Include the return authorization form or email and RMA label if provided.
5.3 Shipping the Return

Use a trackable shipping method.

Ship the package within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

Retain tracking details until return confirmation is received.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
7. Specific Return and Refund Conditions
7.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
7.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7.3 Incorrect Product Received

Notify us immediately upon delivery.

Return shipping and replacement will be arranged at no cost.
7.4 Product Never Arrived

Contact us if delivery exceeds the estimated shipping window.

We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement or refund.
7.5 Order Cancellation

Before shipment: Full refund.

After shipment: Follow the return procedure outlined above.
8. Returns and Warranty – Amantii
-
All Amantii product returns must be authorized by Movox Living or Amantii before shipment.
Amantii Warranty Coverage (Products Manufactured After January 1, 2016)

Coverage: Two (2) years from the date of purchase for defects in materials and workmanship. Applies only to purchases in the U.S. or Canada. Non-transferable. Light bulbs excluded.

Exclusions: Unauthorized repairs, misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, improper maintenance, outdoor use without stainless steel covers, unauthorized components, and certain glass parts.

9. Returns and Warranty – Fire by Design
Return Authorization (RMA)

All Fire by Design (FBD) returns require an RMA issued by FBD or Movox Living.

Contact Fire by Design at (877) 807-8923 to obtain an RMA.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Return Window

Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Must be in original packaging with manuals and accessories.

A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Customer pays return shipping via trackable, insured carrier (USPS not recommended).
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made items, including non-standard burner or pan sizes.
Fire by Design Warranty Coverage

Bowls: GFRC, Stainless, Copper, Aluminum – 2 years (stress cracks in concrete excluded).

Fire Rings: 304 SS – 3 years; 316 SS Marine Grade – Lifetime.

Burner Pans: 304 SS – 5 years; Aluminum – Lifetime.

Electronic Ignition Systems:

AWEIS/SUBEIS – Commercial 1 year, Residential 3 years.

Vulcan Fire Module & Tiki Torches – 1 year.

Exclusions
-
Misuse, neglect, incorrect wiring, unauthorized alterations, or incidental/consequential damages.
10. Returns and Warranty – Meadow Creek
Returns
-
Meadow Creek products are custom-built and generally non-returnable.
-
Returns are only accepted for manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
-
The buyer must notify Movox Living within 7 days of delivery if an issue is identified.
-
Products must remain unused and in original condition.
-
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee determined by Meadow Creek.
Warranty
-
Limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
-
Excludes normal wear-and-tear, rust, misuse, or improper maintenance.
-
Claims require proof of purchase, photos of the defect, and a written description.
-
Movox Living will submit warranty claims to Meadow Creek on the customer’s behalf.
11. Non-Returnable Items (General)

Custom or personalized products.

Perishable goods.
-
Intimate or sanitary items (unless unopened/unused).

Gift cards and downloadable software.
12. Refunds

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Processed within 14 days of approval.

Partial refunds may apply for items returned damaged or late.
13. Exchanges

14. Timelines
