At Movox Living (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing a seamless, transparent shipping experience. This policy covers shipping, delivery, and manufacturer-handled returns/warranty claims for all products purchased from our website: www.movoxliving.com.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (U.S. Continental Only)

  • Free shipping on orders over $99

  • Flat rate of $35 for orders under $99

Large or Heavy Items

  • Certain oversized items may not be eligible for free shipping, even if indicated online

  • Some products may require a forklift or loading dock for unloading

  • Our support team will contact you at support@movoxliving.com if your order requires special handling

No Hidden Fees

  • No customs duties within the U.S.

  • All shipping costs calculated and displayed at checkout


4. Order Processing

  • Orders processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST are processed same business day

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed next business day


5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days

  • Delivery times may vary due to supplier schedules, carrier availability, weather, or other factors


6. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, ABF Freight, LTL Freight, Freight Club

  • Tracking details emailed once shipped

  • All shipments are insured for loss or damage


7. Order Tracking

  • Customers receive an email with tracking number, carrier info, and a direct tracking link

8. Delivery Issues

  1. Delayed/Lost Packages: Verify shipping address; check with neighbors or building managers

  2. Damaged Packages: Take photos; Movox Living coordinates with the supplier for replacement or refund

  3. Missing Items: Report within 7 days; Movox Living will investigate and resolve


9. Returns & Refunds

  • All returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer

  • Return Window: Typically 30 days from delivery (subject to supplier policy)

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging; custom/personalized/clearance items may be non-returnable

  • Return Shipping: Customer generally responsible unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly

  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method; processed 7–14 business days after supplier approval


10. Supplier-Specific Shipping & Returns Policies

Amantii

  • Warranty: 2 years on manufacturing/material defects (original purchaser)

  • Returns/Claims: Contact Movox Living; we coordinate with Amantii for defective or incorrectly shipped items

Fire by Design

  • Returns: RMA required, 30-day window; 15% restocking fee may apply

  • Customer responsible for return shipping unless defective or wrong item

  • Movox Living coordinates RMA and return shipping

  • Warranty: 1–5 years depending on product; lifetime on select parts

Meadow Creek

  • Returns: Only for manufacturer defects or shipping damage (reported within 7 days)

  • Custom-built items generally non-returnable

  • Movox Living submits claims and coordinates return shipping for approved items

Revive Plunge

Chery Industrial

  • Returns: 30-day window; must be unused and in original packaging

  • Exclusions: Custom, BARGAIN, CLEARANCE, AS-IS, leased, hazardous items

  • Movox Living coordinates RMA and warranty claims, including defective or wrongly shipped items

  • Returns: Non-special order items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging; 30% restocking fee applies

  • Custom-built, floor models, or cosmetic-damage items are final sale

  • Returns: 30-day window for unused/uninstalled items; restocking fee may apply

  • 7-day cancellation window for non-defective returns; customer pays return shipping

  • Returns: 30-day window for unused items; 15% restocking fee

  • 1-year warranty on components; excludes wear or misuse

11. Incorrect Addresses

  • Ensure accurate shipping info at checkout

  • Movox Living not liable for incorrect addresses; returned packages may incur extra shipping fees
