All returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer

Return Window: Typically 30 days from delivery (subject to supplier policy)

Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging; custom/personalized/clearance items may be non-returnable

Return Shipping: Customer generally responsible unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly
