Current Coverage: We currently ship to U.S. states only.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (U.S. Only):

  • Free shipping on all orders over $99

  • Flat rate of $25 for orders under $99

No Customs or Hidden Fees:

  • No customs duties apply within the U.S.

  • All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. No hidden fees apply.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST are processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Note: Orders are fulfilled directly by suppliers or via third-party carriers. Movox Living does not maintain physical inventory.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days

  • Delivery times may vary based on supplier fulfillment schedules, carrier availability, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted suppliers and carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Carriers may include:

  • FedEx

  • LTL Freight

  • Freight Club

Shipment Tracking:

  • Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

  • All shipments are insured for loss or damage.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received:

  2. Check with neighbors or building managers

7.2 Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We’ll coordinate with the supplier for a replacement or refund

8. Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order:

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly

9. Returns & Refunds

Return Window: 30 days from delivery

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Custom, personalized, or clearance items may be non-returnable

Return Shipping:

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We cover return shipping for defective or wrongly shipped items

Refunds:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 7–14 business days after return approval

Note: Movox Living coordinates returns and warranty claims through our suppliers. Customers should contact support@movoxliving.com to initiate any replacement, repair, or refund requests.

10. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Movox Living is not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

11. International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally. If this changes, customers will be responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.
