2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. Only):

    • Free shipping on orders over $99

    • Flat rate of $35 for orders under $99

  • No Hidden Fees:

    • No customs duties within the U.S.

    • All shipping costs calculated at checkout


3. Order Processing

  • Orders processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)

  • Orders before 5:00 PM CST processed same business day

  • Orders on weekends/holidays processed next business day
    Note: All orders fulfilled by suppliers or third-party carriers; Movox Living does not hold inventory


4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days

  • May vary due to supplier schedules, carrier availability, weather, or other factors


5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, LTL Freight, Freight Club

  • Tracking details emailed once shipped

  • All shipments insured for loss or damage


6. Order Tracking

  • Customers receive an email with tracking number, carrier info, and direct link

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Delayed/Lost Packages: Verify address and check with neighbors/building managers
7.2 Damaged Packages: Take photos; Movox Living coordinates with the supplier for replacement/refund
7.3 Missing Items: Report within 7 days; Movox Living investigates and resolves


8. Returns & Refunds

  • All returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer

  • Movox Living facilitates claims

  • Return Window: Typically 30 days from delivery (subject to supplier policy)

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging; custom/personalized/clearance items may be non-returnable

  • Return Shipping: Customer generally responsible unless defective or shipped incorrectly

  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method, processed 7–14 business days after supplier approval


9. Supplier-Specific Policies

Amantii

  • Warranty: 2 years on manufacturing/material defects (original purchaser)

  • Returns/Claims: Contact Movox Living; we coordinate with Amantii for defective or incorrectly shipped items

Fire by Design

  • Returns: RMA required, 30-day window, 15% restocking fee may apply

  • Customer responsible for return shipping unless defective/wrong item

  • Movox Living coordinates RMA and return shipping

  • Warranty: 1–5 years depending on product; lifetime on select parts

Meadow Creek

  • Returns: Only for manufacturer defects or shipping damage (reported within 7 days)

  • Custom-built items generally non-returnable

  • Movox Living submits claims and coordinates return shipping for approved items

  • Returns: 30-day window; must be unused and in original packaging

  • Exclusions: Custom, BARGAIN, CLEARANCE, AS-IS, leased, hazardous items

  • Movox Living coordinates RMA and warranty claims, including defective or wrongly shipped items

10. Incorrect Addresses

  • Ensure accurate shipping info at checkout

  • Movox Living not liable for incorrect addresses; returned packages may incur extra shipping fees
