General Return Guidelines:
U.S. customers may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all accessories, and proof of purchase. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Movox Living or the manufacturer and must be shipped via a trackable method within 7 days of authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are issued after inspection within 14 days; partial refunds may apply for damaged or late returns. Exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.


Supplier-Specific Policies:

Amantii:

  • RMA required. Warranty covers defects in materials/workmanship for 2 years (U.S./Canada only, non-transferable; excludes light bulbs).

  • Unauthorized repairs, misuse, neglect, or improper installation void coverage. Liability limited to purchase price.

Fire by Design:

  • RMA required. Returns within 30 days, original packaging with manuals/accessories. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Customer pays return shipping via trackable, insured carrier (USPS not recommended).

  • Warranty varies by product type: Bowls (GFRC, Stainless, Copper, Aluminum) – 2 years; Fire Rings 304 SS – 3 years, 316 SS Marine – Lifetime; Burner Pans 304 SS – 5 years, Aluminum – Lifetime; Electronic Ignition Systems – 1–3 years.

  • Excludes misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations, or incidental/consequential damages.

Meadow Creek:

  • Custom-built items are generally non-returnable. Returns accepted for manufacturer defects or shipping damage within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Approved returns may have restocking fees.

  • Warranty covers defects in materials/workmanship only, excluding wear-and-tear, rust, misuse, or improper maintenance.

  • Claims require proof of purchase and photos; Movox Living submits warranty claims on behalf of the customer.

European Home:

  • Inspect all shipments upon delivery. Report obvious damage immediately. Shortages must be reported within 3 days.

  • RMA required for all returns. Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restock fee plus shipping; defective returns are exempt.

  • Warranty: Replacement parts provided for units under warranty. Out-of-warranty parts require a purchase order.

Revive Plunge:

  • RMA required for all returns. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Non-defective returns may be subject to restocking fees.

  • Warranty: One-year coverage on all products purchased.

Refunds & Timelines:
Refunds issued after inspection within 14 days. Returns must be initiated and shipped within 30 days. Legal rights under applicable law are not affected.
