  • Flat rate of $25 for orders under $99

No Customs or Hidden Fees:

  • No customs duties apply within the U.S.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST are processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 


 

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

8. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received:

8.2 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging

    We’ll coordinate with the supplier for a replacement or refund.

If any items are missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and details.
    We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

 


 

10. Returns & Refunds

Return Window: 30 days from delivery

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Custom, personalized, or clearance items may be non-returnable

Return Shipping:

  • The customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We cover return shipping for defective or wrongly shipped items.

Refunds:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 7–14 business days after return approval
