Standard Models – 700 & 1300 (Wood-Fired)

The standard Oyler models cook exclusively with wood, delivering true, traditional barbecue flavor without compromise. Heat and smoke from wood fuel create the unmistakable taste customers recognize and return for. Gas is intentionally excluded to protect flavor integrity.

These models are fully insulated and use Oyler’s proven air-control and thermostatic system to maintain temperature for up to 14 hours unattended.


Electric Assist Models – 700E & 1300E

E Models enhance efficiency by adding clean electric heating elements and a convection fan to the cook chamber. This electric assist dramatically reduces wood consumption without altering flavor, unlike gas-assisted pits.

The result is greater control, faster recovery, and lower operating costs while preserving authentic wood-smoked barbecue.
