The J&R Little Red Smokehouse™ 250 is a compact, high-performance commercial smoker designed for restaurants, catering, food trucks, and commercial kitchens. Despite occupying just 10 sq. ft., it can cook up to 250 lbs of meat per load, including 50 slabs of ribs, 10–15 briskets, or 150 chicken halves.

Equipped with J&R’s high-velocity convection air system, this smoker delivers even cooking across all racks with no rotation required. Both the Standard Wood-Fired and Electric-Assist (FSE) versions allow unattended operation for 12–14 hours, making it ideal for high-volume operations while reducing labor.
