The Meadow Creek BX100 Box Smoker is built for serious pitmasters who need exceptional capacity, consistent results, and professional-grade craftsmanship. With its large cooking area, precision airflow, and heavy-duty construction, the BX100 is ideal for competition teams and commercial caterers who demand reliability cook after cook.

Designed to feed up to 300 people when cooking pulled pork, the BX100 offers outstanding capacity and flexibility. It holds 22 Boston butts, 12 whole briskets, or 16 racks of St. Louis ribs at a time. Expand further with optional grates and rib racks for even greater efficiency.

Like all Meadow Creek BX models, the BX100 comes standard with an auto-feed water system and a 5-gallon water jug for hassle-free water smoking. It performs exceptionally well with or without water — unlike many cabinet smokers — making it equally capable for smoking jerky or any foods you want to cook dry.
